Emily is a native of New Orleans and received her undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at the University of Southern Mississippi. She then went on to attain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in Florida. Emily is a former collegiate runner, turned Crossfitter, who has a passion for helping people optimize performance. She recently went on to receive her Crossfit L1 trainer certificate, and enjoys coaching at Crossfit Mandeville. While she spent her early career in Sports Medicine, her own personal journey with pregnancy and childbirth brought her into the world of Pelvic Health. Now Emily blends her orthopedic and pelvic health skill sets, as well as her personal experience, to provide compassionate and personalized care. Emily also specializes in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care, which allows her to provide support and advocacy for her patients during pregnancy, in the delivery room, and throughout postpartum recovery. Her goal is to help patients become educated and empowered about their bodies throughout all aspects of life. Emily is highly trained in Sports/Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, and has first hand experience modifying HIIT exercise for the pregnant and postpartum athlete to ensure they are able to continue their desired activity injury free. Emily is certified in manual therapy and dry needling, which allows her to provide a wide range of treatment skills including joint and soft tissue mobilization. Emily is also an instructor for Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab and enjoys teaching fellow PTs about pelvic floor physical therapy. While not working, Emily enjoys time with her husband, two kids, and three dogs!
Jenny attended Missouri State University to receive bachelor degrees in Biology and Spanish and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since then, she has specialized in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, completing the APTA CAPP-PELVIC and CAPP-OB trainings, as well as further specializations in Pediatrics, Athletes, and Male Pelvic Health. She enjoys helping men, women, and children improve urinary, fecal, sexual, and pain dysfunctions throughout the lifespan. Jenny's personal experience as a mom helps her make Pediatric Pelvic Health fun and effective for her young clients. Jenny also specializes in Antepartum, Intrapartum, and Postpartum Care, allowing her to help women and their champions manage the physical changes that come during and after pregnancy as well as prepare for a healthy delivery. Her own experiences with pregnancy and childbirth allows her to provide compassionate and supportive care to each patient. Jenny is certified in orthopedic and pelvic floor functional dry needling, giving her unique skill sets to offer her patients. She has been the a guest on the FABM BASE podcast several times and enjoys educating the community on the benefits of pelvic floor physical therapy and body autonomy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and running around with their 4 kiddos and two rottweilers.
Anya attended Louisiana State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree, and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Anya specializes in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and is passionate about helping patients improve function, decrease pain, and feel confident in their bodies at every stage of life. She has completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute Level 1 training, equipping her with advanced skills to treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions. Anya takes a personalized and compassionate approach to care, working with individuals to address concerns such as pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and prenatal and postpartum recovery. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and comfortable throughout their care.
Outside of the clinic, Anya enjoys spending time with her husband and their baby boy.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Southern Mississippi before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at University of South Alabama. She has over 10 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, and is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-informed care that helps individuals return to the activities that matter most to them. Lauren is a former collegiate dancer, which provides her with a firsthand understanding of the physical and performance demands of sport, and led her to an interest in sports medicine and orthopedics. While in college, she was also part of the Christian Medical Ministry of South Alabama, and served as a clinician mentor to students providing multidisciplinary and spiritual care to underserved communities. Eventually, Lauren's own journey into motherhood created a passion for helping women navigate the complexities of postpartum recovery, which led her to complete training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her education and life experience provide her with a unique skill set that bridges orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health rehabilitation. Lauren is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout every stage of life. Lauren believes meaningful healing happens through collaboration, education, and understanding. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, their dog, and cat.
