Corporate & Gym Events
This service is available to gyms and companies who offer wellness services to their employees and members. With this service, the therapist will come to your gym or company location, and provide 30 minute sessions to any employees or members interested. These sessions will include a 10 minute screening, followed by 20 minutes of functional dry needling or other treatment. Interested members & employees must be scheduled prior to the date of the event.
Wellness Seminars
This service is for gyms and companies who would like to offer wellness services to their members and employees.
This service will include an hour long seminar in which the therapist
will provide a presentation, followed by a lab-style activity
where clients will be provided with specific
mobility and strengthening exercises for injury prevention.
The company or gym may choose the topic they
wish to discuss from the following:
1.) Shoulder mobility and injury prevention
2.) Hip mobility and injury prevention
3.) Knee mobility and injury prevention
4.) Back mobility and injury prevention
5.) Pelvic floor function, how that relates to exercise, & special considerations for training pregnant & postpartum athletes
