Pelvic Health Is for Everyone

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that supports the bladder, bowel, and sexual organs in men just as it does in women. When these muscles are too tight, too weak, or poorly coordinated, men can experience a range of symptoms — from urinary leakage to chronic pelvic pain.

Despite being common, men's pelvic health conditions are often underdiagnosed and undertreated. Many men are told to simply 'live with it' — but physical therapy can make a significant difference.

Our therapists provide expert, discreet care for men's pelvic health conditions in a comfortable, professional environment. Every treatment plan is individualized to your specific symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is pelvic PT just for women?

Absolutely not. Men have a pelvic floor too, and pelvic floor dysfunction is common in men — especially after prostate surgery, with aging, or in athletes. Our therapists are experienced in treating men's pelvic health conditions with the same expertise and discretion.

What does a men's pelvic health evaluation involve?

Your evaluation includes a thorough history, discussion of your symptoms and goals, and a physical assessment. An internal exam may be recommended but is never required and is always performed only with your full informed consent.

Can PT help with post-prostatectomy incontinence?

Yes. Pelvic floor physical therapy is one of the most effective treatments for urinary incontinence following prostatectomy. Starting PT before surgery (prehabilitation) can also significantly improve outcomes.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-based practice. If desired, we can provide detailed superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. HSA, FSA, debit, and credit cards are accepted. The initial evaluation is $170, and follow up visits are $140. Treatment packages are available for a discounted rate. Be sure to talk to your therapist about this at your first visit.

You don't have to just live with it.

Take the first step toward relief. Our team is here to help — with expertise, discretion, and genuine care.
